About us

This website and Hotel Belém Tejo (RNT [RNT n.º]) are run by [Nome da empresa, Lda.], tax number [NIPC], [rua, código postal, localidade].

Bookings

You can book online, by email or by phone. The price, what it includes and the conditions of the rate (including payment and cancellation) are shown before you confirm and in your booking confirmation; those conditions apply to your booking.

Prices are in euros and include VAT.

Cancellation, changes and no-show

The conditions depend on the rate you choose:

Flexible rate: free cancellation up to [48 hours] before the day of arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, [the first night] is charged.

Non-refundable rate: paid when you book; it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.

Please send cancellations and changes in writing to info@belemtejo.pt or use the link in your booking confirmation.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from [15:00] and check-out until [11:00]. As required by Portuguese law, every guest must show a valid identity card or passport at check-in.

Tourist tax

The Lisbon municipal tourist tax is charged per guest and per night, under the rules set by the City of Lisbon. Unless your booking says otherwise, it is not included in the price and is paid at the hotel.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You can make a complaint at the reception, by email, or in the complaints book (Livro de Reclamações), available at the hotel and online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

In case of a consumer dispute you can turn to the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa, www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt). More information on the Consumer Portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If a translation differs, the Portuguese version prevails.
